Chairman - Dan Soltesz
Dan
Soltesz is a lifetime native of Allegheny County, residing in the Borough of
Pleasant Hills. Dan attended St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where he
received a degree in Political Science and History as well as serving in
positions such as 1st Vice-Chairman of the College Republicans and 1st
Lieutenant of the St. Vincent Fire Department. While serving as Vice-Chairman
of the YRAC, Dan is also serving as Southwest Regional Director for the
Pennsylvania Young Republicans, overseeing our region’s county Chapters. Dan
has worked with several campaigns since 2004, ranging from the State Legislature
to statewide and national campaigns. Dan has had the honor of being named
“Republican of the Month” in March 2010 by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania,
receiving the 2010 Fast Track Community Leader Award from Baker Leadership and
most recently being named the 2010 Pennsylvania Young Republicans “Man of the
Year”. Dan is also a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the America’s Future
Foundation. Outside of politics, Dan is a member of the Pleasant Hills Volunteer
Fire Company, where he serves as a Firefighter, 1st Vice President, and a Member
of the Board of Directors and is serving on the Young Professionals Committee of
the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. Dan is currently employed by the Senate

Treasurer - Bob Doddato
Bob is a lifetime native of Western Pennsylvania and has been active member of the Allegheny County Young Republicans for several years. Bob graduated from Geneva College with a Major in Accounting and Finance and obtained his CPA license shortly thereafter. Bob currently works as an Internal Auditor with Education Mangagement Corporation (EDMC), a for profit higher education company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. He also serves as a Supervisor for North Fayette Township, a position to which he was elected in 2011. Bob is a member of the Executive Committee of the Young Republicans of Pennsylvania and is also a the Young Republican representative on the Alleghency County Republican Development Committee and was an Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2008. Bob has volunteered on numberous campaigns, including presidential campaigns, state legislator campaigns, judicial campaigns, county council campaigns and other local offices. Bob currently serves as the Treasurer of the YRAC.

Secretary - Kim Hanson
Kim Hanson has been
actively involved in the Allegheny County Young Republicans for several years,
most notably by spearheading the organization’s community service component.
A recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education, she
holds a Masters degree in Administration and Policy Studies, Higher Education
Management. Additionally, she also received her undergraduate degree from
the University of Pittsburgh in Political Science and Economics. During
this time, Kim served as the President of Pi Sigma Alpha, Chapter Xi, the
University of Pittsburgh’s Political Science Honor Society, Editor of the
University’s yearbook, Panther Prints, and Vice President of the Public
Administration Organization (PAO). Kim currently works as a paralegal in
the Legal Department for Direct Energy Business, LLC, a wholesale energy firm
headquartered in Downtown Pittsburgh. Kim also has extensive political
experience, serving as a key staffer and volunteer on numerous local, state, and
national campaigns. Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Kim grew up
in Hollenback Township, just outside of the City of Wilkes-Barre, now proudly
